Consultant national GEF7 (Cadre de sauvegarde sociale et environnementale)

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP Gabon) is calling for national consultants to lead activity 1.3.3 of the GEF7 project, focusing on developing an enhanced social and environmental safeguards framework for sectors such as petroleum, gas, infrastructure, mining, agriculture and forestry. The mission involves evaluating existing safeguards, identifying gaps, and proposing prioritized recommendations based on best practices in the Congo Basin and related contexts. The assignment is estimated to last three months and is based in Libreville with project-related fieldwork.
