315 Interns on Professional Adaptation Contracts

The Olam Palm Gabon, in partnership with the Pôle National de Promotion de l’Emploi (PNPE), launches a recruitment campaign for 315 interns on professional adaptation contracts. The programme aims to train and integrate Gabonese youths into the workforce with plantation-related trades, providing housing and a monthly allowance, along with professional supervision.

Free housing during the internship; monthly allowance; meals during the initial two weeks; professional mentorship and on-the-job training.

Gabonese nationals aged 18 to 50; no diploma required; motivated to learn a plantation-related trade.
