The MaWHIBA Program for Elite Universities is a competitive training and preparatory programme designed to help high-achieving Saudi students compete for admission to top global universities. It provides intensive coaching for university applications, including standardized test preparation and guidance on personal statements, with pathways to a government scholarship program after admission.

Intensive SAT/IELTS/TOEFL preparation, academic mentoring, personal statement workshops, university application support, potential university visits, and facilitation of entry into the government scholarship program after acceptance.

Applicants must be in the second year of high school. Non-Saudis may be admitted up to 10% under special conditions.
