WIN Global Leadership Accelerator 2025

The WIN Global Leadership Accelerator 2025 is a transformative programme for high-potential mid-level newsroom managers (journalists and editors) from emerging, transitional, and fragile states. It provides training in key newsroom and media management issues, a global peer network, and one-on-one coaching to develop 3-5 year career roadmaps, culminating in a certificate of completion with a professional designation from WAN-IFRA.

Training in newsroom and media management topics, one-on-one coaching with an ICF-certified coach to build a 3-5 year career roadmap, and a certificate of completion with a WAN-IFRA professional designation.

Applicants should have 5-10 years of direct newsroom experience as a journalist (reporter, correspondent, editor) and be committed to gender equality and press freedom, identifying as a woman and/or来自 historically vulnerable communities.
