The Armenia State Scholarships are a fully funded educational programme offered by the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture of Armenia to attract young academics from around the world. It targets international and Arab students who wish to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate studies at Armenian institutions with European standards. The package includes a full exemption from tuition and related fees, plus a monthly stipend to cover living and housing costs.
