AWIIH 2025 Cohort

A nine-month incubation and acceleration program for female-led health ventures in East Africa, offering mentorship, technical and business support, networking, exposure to partners, and potential funding. The initiative is run by Villgro Africa to support women founders addressing healthcare challenges in Africa.

Open to women-led innovative ventures tackling healthcare challenges in East Africa; a female national of an African country or holds indefinite leave in an African country; domiciled in an East African country as a legal resident; developing the proposed health innovation in their host East Africa country; long-term control and management by a female founder/co-founder; incorporated in East Africa; for-profit, led by an African woman.
