The European College offers five-month fully funded diplomatic program scholarships for diplomats and public officials from specified countries to study and collaborate on EU enlargement-related topics at the Bruges campus in Belgium. The program is funded by the EEAS and coordinated with the European Commission DG NEAR/ENEST and the European Diplomatic Academy. Applicants are from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine, and Turkey.

Fully funded five-month residential program, access to activities with the European Diplomatic Academy, and educational engagement related to EU-related topics.

Diplomats and/or public officials from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine and Turkey.
