State Scientific Grant Competition “Science Starts from School – Researches with Student Participation”

The State Scientific Grant Competition “Science Starts from School – Researches with Student Participation” invites projects in mathematics, informatics (computer science), physics, chemistry, life sciences, earth sciences, ecology, engineering and technology, agricultural sciences, and interdisciplinary sciences. It aims to advance science education by involving school students in research and by engaging teachers and young scientists in school activities. Grants are awarded for school-level research projects to enhance inquiry skills and connect education with research.

Grant funding up to 12,000 GEL for approved projects; involvement in a nationwide school science program

Open to school students participating in the competition; projects are submitted by schools for student research.
