Futury Summer School 2026

The Futury Summer School 2026 is a four-day interdisciplinary start-up summer school organized by the Centre for Synthetic Biology at TU Darmstadt in cooperation with Futury. It combines scientific lectures, founder talks, intensive team work and professional business coaching to teach participants how to transform ideas into start-ups. Participants develop business ideas and prepare pitch presentations to present to a jury of investors and industry experts. The programme includes a symposium on synthetic biology on 7–8 September that is open to interested attendees.

Students, doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers from biology, chemistry, physics, materials science, engineering, computer science, economics and related disciplines are invited to participate.
