Young ISSNAF Mentoring Program

The Young ISSNAF Mentoring Program pairs Italian students, recent graduates and early-career ISSNAF members with experienced ISSNAF mentors who provide personalized guidance on career options and professional development. Mentors have international work experience across arts and humanities, engineering, life sciences, physical sciences, mathematics and social and behavioral sciences. The programme supports mentees through regular dialogue, practical insights, encouragement and skill development. It offers mentoring activities aimed at exploring study and career paths and addressing challenges encountered during early professional development.

Personalised mentorship, career guidance, practical insights, professional development and networking with experienced ISSNAF members.

Italian students and recent graduates from universities in Italy and abroad, and early-career ISSNAF members may participate as mentees. There are also mentoring opportunities intended specifically for early-career ISSNAF members.
