Rocketry Training Programme

The Rocketry Training Programme is a hands-on, multidisciplinary introduction to rocketry and the wider space sector for early bachelor-level students. It combines comprehensive online theoretical training covering rocket physics, orbital mechanics, systems engineering and related topics with an in-person workshop at Machrihanish Airbase (UK) where teams will design, build and launch rockets. Participants receive sponsorship for travel, accommodation and subsistence for the in-person phase. The programme is delivered by ESA Academy with a consortium of industry and academia, led by Exotopic.

Targeted specifically at first- and second-year higher education students (e.g. Bachelor-level). No prior experience in rocketry is required.
