Schwerpunktprogramm „Greybox-Modelle zur Qualifizierung beschichteter Werkzeuge für die Hochleistungszerspanung“ (SPP 2402)

The Schwerpunktprogramm (SPP 2402) is a six-year DFG research programme on greybox models to qualify coated tools for high-performance machining. It funds projects that develop hybrid models combining deterministic (whitebox) and data-driven (blackbox) approaches to describe wear progression and tool behaviour. The programme supports the submission of continuation and new project proposals for its second three-year funding period.
