UNFPA Ghana Youth Leaders (YoLe) Fellowship Programme 2025

The YoLe Fellowship identifies and develops young graduates from Ghanaian tertiary institutions who positively impact their communities. It is a 12-month, learning and skills-building programme with mentorship, internships with UN agencies and NGOs, and opportunities to gain insights into UN systems and diplomacy. Fellows work from the UNFPA Ghana Country Office’s Orange Loft to develop leadership, research, entrepreneurial and networking skills through structured training.

Rigorous training and capacity-building in leadership, public speaking, research, entrepreneurship and networking; one-on-one mentorship; mandatory internship with UN agencies, CSOs/NGOs, and other institutions.

Open to graduates from Ghanaian tertiary institutions who are resident in Ghana during the Fellowship period; applicants must be 18-30 years old, proficient in English, and able to communicate clearly.
