CMU Portugal Affiliated Ph.D. Programs

The CMU Portugal Affiliated Ph.D. Programs offer 12 fully funded PhD scholarships for the academic year 2025/2026, to study in Portugal and at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. The scholarships cover tuition and include a monthly stipend, plus financial support for a 12-month research period at CMU. After completion, candidates receive a diploma from the host Portuguese institution.
