Concurso para Atribuição de Bolsas de Investigação para Doutoramento em todos os Domínios Científicos 2025

The Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT) opened applications for the Doctoral Scholarships in all Scientific Domains for 2025, in the General Line and in the Non-Academic Environment Line. A total of 1,550 scholarships will be awarded. The edition introduces changes to centralised management, with contracts handled by host institutions rather than the FCT.

Candidates must be enrolled, or meet the conditions to enroll, in a doctoral study cycle and intend to develop research activities leading to the doctoral degree.

Applications are opened for the Doctoral Scholarships in all Scientific Domains (General Line and Non-Academic Environment Line); institutions hosting doctoral researchers are listed on the FCT site and linked institutions have contact points for the application process.
