Competition for Members of the Accreditation Council for Educational Programmes

A public selection competition to appoint members (permanent and invited) to the Accreditation Council for Educational Programmes. Candidates include representatives of higher education institutions and research institutions, employer and civil society/international organisation representatives, and student members. Invited membership includes specialists for medical programmes and related stakeholders. Successful candidates serve on the Council for a one-year mandate.

Appointment as a member of the Accreditation Council for Educational Programmes with a one-year mandate.

Eligible applicants include: (a) representatives of higher education and research institutions with a doctoral or equivalent degree and at least 10 years' relevant academic/scientific experience; (b) employer, NGO or international organisation representatives with a master's or equivalent degree and managerial experience; (c) an active master's-level student with high academic performance for the student seat. Invited members for medical programmes include full-time academic/administrative staff of medical programme providers, practicing hospital doctors, relevant government regulators, and one medical student.

Submit an application to the Ministry including CV, motivation letter (max 500 words), employer reference, student status certificate (for students), and copies of higher education diplomas. Applications are submitted to the Ministry in person or as specified by the Ministry at its Tbilisi address.
