Peace Corps Education Program — Host School Selection (2015–2017)

The Peace Corps Education Program invited motivated public schools in Georgia to partner with Peace Corps volunteers serving as American English language teachers during the 2015–2017 academic years. Selected schools would work directly with a volunteer to improve English teaching quality and classroom practice. Participation required meeting minimum local English instructional hours and completing host-school application forms.

Assignment of an American English teacher volunteer to work with the school to improve English language teaching and classroom practice.

Public schools located in specified Georgian regions that meet the minimum English instructional hours and are willing to host a Peace Corps volunteer for the 2015–2017 academic years may apply.

Schools were asked to review the information pack, complete the volunteer request form (in English) and host-family and school forms (in Georgian), and submit them to the Peace Corps Georgia office address or by email.
