Outreachy May 2024 Internship Round

Outreachy is a remote internship programme that provides paid, mentored work placements with free and open source software projects and communities. Each round matches selected interns with community projects across a range of technical and research topics. Internships run as a cohort with a defined contribution and application period and include scheduled feedback and payments. The programme is hosted by the Software Freedom Conservancy with support from partnering organisations.

Stipend payments ($3,000 and $4,000 installments tied to feedback milestones); mentored internship placement with open source communities.

Initial application, selection of projects, a contribution period to projects, then a final application; accepted interns are announced before the internship period.
