TBLF Leadership and Community Development (LCD) Mentoring Programme 2025

The LCD Mentoring Programme is a one-year mentorship initiative that pairs young professionals as mentors with secondary school students in Cross River and Akwa Ibom States, Nigeria. Mentors guide students through the programme curriculum and activities to help them address life questions and community challenges, fostering leadership and positive change. The programme seeks mentors who can train and support adolescents in schools and communities.

Youth aged 22–40 years who are resident within the targeted LGAs in Cross River and Akwa Ibom States, and who have leadership, mentoring and facilitation skills to train students using the programme curriculum.
