Investec CA Programme 2028

The Investec CA Programme is a structured development pathway for final-year undergraduates pursuing a CA(SA) qualification at SAICA-accredited universities in South Africa. The programme includes six-monthly rotations across different business units, on-the-job training, and educational simulations, with pathways to the CA Pathfinder exposure programme and further CA Programme opportunities. It is designed to build professional experience and understanding of Investec’s culture and the world of banking.

Dedicated CA Programme team support, access to accredited board courses, simulated exams, and support from a CA buddy; six-monthly rotations across different business units, with on-the-job training and educational simulations.

Final-year undergraduate students studying toward a CA(SA) at a SAICA-accredited university in South Africa, with Maths at matric level, who are full-time students.

Applications are open from 01 September to 30 September 2026; submit CV, matric certificate, academic transcripts, ID, and a headshot image; shortlisted candidates proceed through CA Pathfinder in February 2027 and further interviews.
