Big Ten Academic Alliance Smithsonian Fellowship 2026

The Big Ten Academic Alliance Smithsonian Fellowship 2026 is a fully funded research fellowship for doctoral candidates enrolled at Big Ten member universities. Selected fellows conduct research at the Smithsonian in specified research areas and receive a stipend plus a research allowance to support their scholarly work and field-related activities.

Open to current doctoral candidates who have completed all coursework and been admitted into candidacy at a Big Ten Academic Alliance member university.
