Africa Fellowship for Young Energy Leaders (AFYEL) – Cohort 6

The Africa Fellowship for Young Energy Leaders (AFYEL) – Cohort 6 is a six-month, no-cost fellowship for early-career professionals. It provides track-based training across renewable energy technologies, a one-month internship, a capstone project addressing a local energy problem, and a virtual summit with mentors and industry leaders. Participants join from across Africa and work in English, with ongoing access to an alumni network after the fellowship.

Recent graduates in specified fields, aged 21–35, who are citizens or residents of an African country, able to read/write/speak English at a working level, and able to commit fully to the six-month fellowship and subsequent internship.
