UNIDO Internship Programme 2026

The UNIDO Internship Programme offers students and recent graduates hands-on experience in international development work, with placements at UNIDO Headquarters in Vienna and field offices worldwide. Interns contribute to projects related to inclusive and sustainable industrial development and gain exposure to international cooperation, policy, and development work. Placements are available in areas such as international development, policy and cooperation, industrial development, sustainability and environment, and economic development.

Hands-on experience in international cooperation and policy work; exposure to inclusive and sustainable industrial development; networking with professionals in the UN system.

Applicants must be students or recent graduates, with additional eligibility requirements outlined by UNIDO.
