McKinsey & Company BUILD Fellowship Program 2025

BUILD is a two-year rotational fellowship for university graduates, offering real-world professional experience across various pathways at McKinsey & Company. The program is based in Atlanta, Boston, or New York and includes rotations across different teams, mentorship, and leadership development. Fellows may apply for full-time roles at the end of the program, though availability is not guaranteed.
