Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation Public Leaders Programme (AIG PLP) 2025

The Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation Public Leaders Programme (AIG PLP) is an immersive executive education programme run in conjunction with the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government. It targets emerging African public sector leaders to develop leadership capacity and practical skills for driving change, through classroom discussion, exercises, simulations, and group work, ending with a capstone project.

Be citizens of any African country and actively working within the public sector in Africa; minimum seven years of experience; at Grade-level 12 and above; age 35-50.
