The laptop loan programme (Ayudas de portátiles en régimen de préstamo) run by the Social Council of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid provides students with access to necessary computer equipment. It targets bachelor and master's students who lack personal equipment or face social/economic hardship. The loan is granted for the duration of the academic year and includes access to basic software required for academic activities.

Regularly enrolled bachelor or master students at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid who demonstrate economic or social vulnerability and do not possess a personal computer.

Submit an online application form via the UC3M portal with socio-economic documents and proof of enrollment; applications are evaluated by the university's social commission and beneficiaries are notified with collection instructions.
