Coordinateur des Programmes/Médical (H/F), Cameroun

The Coordinateur des Programmes/Médical is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring all country-level health projects for Médecins du Monde in Cameroon, including team leadership and coordination with thematic referents and the general coordinator. The role requires managing multiple projects, ensuring quality and compliance with organizational procedures, and maintaining alignment with national health strategies and government guidelines.

Bachelor’s/Master’s level at least, with a Master in health/public health; 3+ years of experience in health project management within an international NGO; experience as a medical/health coordinator is an asset.
