Responsable d’affaires HTA / BT (H/F) – Dakar, Sénégal

VINCI Energies Sénégal is recruiting for the role of Responsable d’affaires HTA / BT (H/F). The position involves managing projects from bid response through to final delivery, including engineering, costing, negotiation, and coordination of technical, legal, and financial aspects, with responsibility for safety and environmental compliance. The role also includes developing business, managing teams and subcontractors, and maintaining client relationships within HTA/BT segments.

A BAC+5 engineering degree with specialization in Electrical, Electromecanical or Electrotechnical fields, plus five years of professional experience in HTA–BT project management and business development.
