Chargé d’affaires PROPARCO H/F, RDC

The Chargé d’affaires PROPARCO H/F, RDC is a role within PROPARCO via AFD, focusing on identifying and following investment opportunities in the Democratic Republic of Congo, coordinating with PROPARCO and other funders, and supporting the execution of projects in sectors such as financial services, infrastructure, manufacturing, agribusiness and services. The position involves developing a robust pipeline, drafting project evaluation notes, negotiating interest letters, and representing PROPARCO to stakeholders in the DRC.

The candidate should have a minimum of five years of international experience, ideally in Debt Capital Markets, banking or related advisory services, with a proven track record in prospecting, financial structuring and closing investments. Ability to work remotely from Kinshasa is noted; the regional office is based in Douala.
