Traineeship at CEDEFOP

The CEDEFOP Traineeship offers a 10-month in-service training for recent graduates and PhD students at the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training. It provides placements across multiple areas, including personal data protection, ICT support, communications, graphic design, archives management, and research dissemination. The programme is designed for young university graduates at the start of their professional careers to gain hands-on experience within a European institution.

Monthly stipend during the 10-month traineeship; professional experience within CEDEFOP across multiple units; exposure to policy-related work and documents.

Applicants must be nationals from EU Member States, Candidate Countries, or EFTA, have completed the first cycle of a higher education course and obtained a full degree, and possess very good knowledge (C1) of at least two EU official languages, including English.
