Human Rights Education for Youth (HEY) programme – Media and Information Literacy online course

The HEY programme offers a free online course on Media and Information Literacy, focusing on legal frameworks, freedom of expression and navigating the digital world. It targets young people and aims to enhance media literacy, critical thinking and awareness of digital challenges related to human rights and democracy. The course is conducted online in English and French and runs from 2 to 29 March, with an application deadline stated for 22 February 2026.
