The Swedish Institute Global Executive Programme is a long-term training programme for senior executives focused on integrating sustainability into business strategy. It brings together leaders from multiple countries to study Swedish sustainable business practices, with insights from experts and opportunities for global networking. The programme is designed to develop leadership capabilities to advance sustainable and systemic business transformation.

Advanced understanding of sustainability from a business perspective; expertise in strategic development for sustainability; leadership development and network access; collaboration with senior peers; access to the Swedish Institute Alumni Network; opportunities to meet Swedish businesses and organisations.

Citizens and residents of the programme countries; leaders such as CEOs or senior executives; at least 30 years old; proficient in English; hold a post-secondary qualification; willingness to participate and share knowledge; and your company must operate in or be aligned with the green transition in a programme country.
