Intercultural Exchange and Ecological Transformation (DFJW training series)

A DFJW (Franco-German Youth Office) continuing education series for professionals involved in designing and running intercultural exchange projects, focused on integrating ecological considerations and reducing project carbon footprint. The programme combines two in-person seminars and four online sessions and emphasizes practical application through the conception and implementation of a transformative action in participants' professional contexts. It is aimed at pedagogical staff, project organisers, multipliers and intercultural trainers and includes sessions in France and Germany.

Two in-person seminars (France, Alsace; Germany, Bavaria) and four online sessions; practical support to design and implement a transformative ecological action in participants' professional context.

Persons involved in the conception and/or implementation of intercultural exchange projects with the DFJW, particularly pedagogical staff, project organisers, multipliers, intercultural trainers; also open to teachers who act as sustainability officers at their school.
