Formador de Formadores

The Formador de Formadores program is a capacity-building initiative by Panama's Ministry of Education (Meduca) to empower educators with tools to train colleagues. It targets regional education staff to disseminate new curricular changes and best practices across schools. The program aims to prepare a large cadre of facilitators to multiply knowledge among approximately 50,000 teachers in the summer 2026 cycle.
