BRAC’s BRIDGE Returnship Programme 2025

The BRAC BRIDGE Returnship Programme offers a six-month attachment for mid-career female professionals who have taken a career break and wish to re-enter the workforce. It provides hands-on experience, professional development opportunities, and potential career prospects within BRAC and its partner organisations.

Stipend for six months; hands-on experience; professional development opportunities; leadership in projects and research; potential career prospects within BRAC and partner organisations.

Open to female candidates who have taken a career break and have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, and hold a bachelor’s degree.

Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview after application submission.
