J-PAL Africa Internship Program 2025

The J-PAL Africa Internship Program 2025 offers paid internships in policy, research and education & training teams. Internships can be part-time or full-time and may be in-person in several African cities or remote depending on nationality and team needs. The program is run by J-PAL Africa, a global research center affiliated with MIT, with offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Accra, and Nairobi.

Applicants should have a degree in Economics, Statistics, Development or related field or be in the final year of such studies; familiarity with MicroMasters in Data, Economics and Design of Policy is advantageous.
