MOPGA Fellowship 2027

The MOPGA Fellowship 2027 is a 12-month visiting fellowship by the French government for non-French postdoctoral researchers who can secure support from a host laboratory in France. It targets early-career researchers addressing climate, environmental, energy-transition or One Health challenges. Selected fellows receive a monthly allowance, a settling-in payment and health-related coverage, but international travel and certain laboratory costs are not funded.

Applicants must hold a PhD, be non-French nationals, and plan genuine international mobility to France; defence of the doctorate must have occurred between December 2021 and December 2026; current residence/work status in France is not allowed.

Submit a competitive project through the Campus France MOPGA 2027 portal with required supervisor support letters; deadline 15 December 2026; ensure the project aligns with one of the five MOPGA themes and secure a French host supervisor.
