Rice Business Plan Competition 2025

The Rice Business Plan Competition 2025 is a contest for collegiate entrepreneurs to pitch their startups to investors, receive mentoring, and network with the entrepreneurial ecosystem as part of a multi-category competition with significant prize money. It is hosted by Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship and Rice University. The event includes a substantial prize pool and opportunities for startup teams to gain exposure and guidance from investors and mentors.

Over $1.5 million in prizes; minimum cash prize of $800; grand prize winner receives a $150,000 investment; mentoring and networking opportunities.

Your startup must be student-driven, with at least two current student founders or management team members, and from a college or university anywhere in the world.

Submit an application as part of the Rice Business Plan Competition; applications are due by January 27, 2025 (11:59 PM).
