UONGOZI Institute Emerging Leaders Programme 2026/2027

The UONGOZI Institute Emerging Leaders Programme is a six-month, self-paced leadership development programme for mid-level executives across Africa. It involves six modules and includes a limited number of merit-based scholarships; the programme targets executives with supervisory, managerial, or leadership experience and requires a bachelor’s degree and English proficiency. The programme is conducted in collaboration with HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management and features a faculty of international experts in leadership development.

The programme offers six modules over six months and access to a faculty of leadership-development experts; optional scholarships are available for a limited number of participants.

Mid-level executives across Africa with at least five years of work experience and a bachelor's degree; applicants must have supervisory/managerial experience and strong English skills.
