TOP200 NAWA Programme

The TOP200 NAWA Programme is a funded initiative to attract outstanding researchers from universities ranked 1–200 in global rankings to work in Poland. It offers Junior Fellow and Senior Fellow tracks, providing stable full-time employment at Polish universities or research institutes for 2–4 years and support to establish research teams. Host institutions provide research infrastructure, administrative support and assistance in integration and future grant applications. The programme aims to strengthen transnational research cooperation and the Polish research and innovation ecosystem.

Full-time employment contract (2–4 years), access to research infrastructure, administrative and integration support, social benefits, assistance in future grant applications, opportunity to create research teams and international networks.

The programme is open to researchers from universities ranked 1–200 in global rankings. Junior Fellow track is for early-stage researchers who obtained their doctorate no earlier than 7 years before the application deadline; Senior Fellow track is for accomplished researchers with experience in leading research teams.
