Indigenous Ph.D. Fellowship Program Phase-II

The Indigenous Ph.D. Fellowship Program Phase-II is a national scholarship scheme to develop a critical mass of highly qualified researchers across advanced-level fields taught at local universities. It supports research across Science & Technology, Social Sciences, Humanities and Life Sciences and provides funding to improve research facilities at beneficiary departments and universities. The scheme aims to strengthen R&D capacity in public and private universities and address local problems of national significance.

Scholarship support for PhD scholars and funds to universities to upgrade research facilities, including small laboratory equipment, chemicals and IT equipment.
