John Hamel MacGregor Award in Medical Science

The John Hamel MacGregor Award in Medical Science is a research-support scholarship for MBChB students who enrol part-time or full-time in a BMedSci(Hons) or a postgraduate research degree in the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences. Up to five awards are offered annually, each of up to $10,000, for a tenure of one year. The award provides support to undertake research prior to completion of the MBChB. Outcomes are determined by a selection committee.

Monetary award up to $10,000 to support undertaking research (one-year tenure).

Applicants must be MBChB students who are enrolling part-time or full-time in a BMedSci(Hons) or a postgraduate research degree in the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences before completing their MBChB.
