TechWomen Emerging Leaders Program 2025

The TechWomen Emerging Leaders Program 2025 is a fully-funded fellowship for women in STEM. It aims to empower and connect rising women leaders in science, technology, engineering and mathematics through an intensive mentorship and exchange program in the United States. Participants receive support covering travel, housing, meals and program activities during the mentorship, along with networking opportunities and professional exposure.

Applicants must have at least two years of full-time professional experience in STEM and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, be proficient in English, and be citizens or permanent residents of the listed countries with eligibility to obtain a U.S. visa.
