JUSTCOOL China Scholarships 2027

JUSTCOOL China Scholarships is a funded PhD entry programme offered by a three-university partnership of Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Tongji University. It provides a PhD fellowship, full tuition waiver, free accommodation and medical insurance, with entry directly after a bachelor’s degree and a requirement to meet ranking and language criteria. Applicants enroll at one admitting university and may take courses at the other two while receiving doctoral certificates from the admitting university.

Non-Chinese citizens with a bachelor’s degree and a top-20% ranking in the undergraduate major; eligible subjects are Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Biology; strong research interest and English proficiency requirements.
