IREX Community Solutions Program 2025

The Community Solutions Program (CSP) is a yearlong professional development program that supports engaged civil society leaders to enhance leadership and technical expertise. Fellows participate in a four-month hands-on fellowship in the United States, an integrated leadership curriculum, and a six-month follow-on project in their home communities, with an international network of professionals for ongoing collaboration.

Four-month fellowship in the U.S., Community Leadership Institute curriculum, professional coaching, housing and meals allowance, health coverage, and a six-month follow-on project after returning home, plus ongoing alumni networking.

Applicants must be aged 26-39 as of November 13, 2024, be a citizen of an eligible country, and live and work in their home country. They should have at least two years of experience in community development and meet English language requirements.
