Ludovika Fellowship Program 2027

The Ludovika Fellowship Program 2027 is a short-term academic research and teaching fellowship hosted by Ludovika University of Public Service in Budapest, Hungary. It invites internationally recognised academics from disciplines related to public administration, governance, international affairs, security, policing, water management, and cybersecurity to conduct research, teach in English, and collaborate with university staff for one to three months in 2027. Fellows receive a monthly stipend (€3,500 or €4,500 depending on seniority), a one-time travel allowance, and access to university services.
