Mo Ibrahim Leadership Fellowship 2025

The Mo Ibrahim Leadership Fellowship 2025 is a 12-month fellowship programme designed to develop the professional leadership skills of emerging African leaders. Fellows are hosted at major institutions in Africa and receive tailored mentorship from global leaders, with the aim of contributing to research and policy design at their host organisations.

Immersive and hands-on experience at host institutions; direct mentorship from global leaders; networking opportunities; a stipend of $100,000 to support living expenses.

Applicants must be nationals of an African country; have a Master’s degree; at least 7 years of relevant work experience; and be under 40, or under 45 for women with children.
