UVic Centre for Global Studies Fellowships 2027–2028

The University of Victoria Centre for Global Studies (CFGS) Fellowships provide funding for interdisciplinary research on global challenges for the 2027–2028 academic year. The programme is open to UVic faculty members and graduate students, as well as visiting graduate students, postdoctoral researchers and visiting researchers, with funding varying by category. Aimed at projects with international or global dimensions, preference is given to perspectives from the Global South and to work aligned with the centre’s priority themes.

Funding within specified ranges; access to Centre facilities; potential travel bursary for visiting researchers; opportunities for mentorship and networking within the CFGS community.

Applications are welcomed from University of Victoria faculty members, graduate students, visiting graduate students, postdoctoral researchers and visiting researchers, with category-specific eligibility requirements.
