Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Consultant 2026–2027: Remote Consultancy Opportunity in Kenya

The Population Council is offering a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Consultant position to support programmes across Africa. The role involves strengthening MEL systems, evaluating programme performance and informing evidence-based decision-making for initiatives supported by the Mastercard Foundation.
