Belt and Road Scholarship 2027 (Full Tuition)

The Belt and Road Scholarship is a government-funded scholarship by the Hong Kong government for international students from Belt and Road countries who are entering publicly funded undergraduate or research postgraduate programmes in Hong Kong. It applies to designated Belt and Road countries and research postgraduates, with universities nominating students based on academic results, community contributions, leadership, communication skills, and commitment to Hong Kong.

Full tuition coverage; university nomination

Eligible applicants must be admitted to a full-time publicly funded undergraduate or research postgraduate programme at a participating institution; for research postgraduate, eligible Belt and Road nationality and admission to a full-time MPhil or PhD program; must demonstrate excellent academic results and contributions to schools, communities, or society; nominees must be from a participating university.
